Privacy
Bayside Tutoring is run by Dana Rivera. This page explains what we collect when you book a session, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- The name, email, and (optionally) phone number you enter when booking.
- Anything you write in the notes field.
- Your booking history: which sessions you booked, when, and whether they were kept, moved, or cancelled.
Card details go straight to our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
- To confirm, remind you about, and let you manage your sessions.
- To offer you a time that opens up, or check in when it's been a while since your last session. These are occasional, personal emails, never a mailing list.
- If you choose to create a referral link, to show a friend the facts you approved on the consent page, and nothing else.
Who else handles it
- Stripe processes deposits.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- Anthropic, an AI provider, may be sent short booking details (such as your first name, the service, and your usual day and time) to help draft the wording of an email. Decisions about who's offered what, and at what price, are made by our own software, not the AI.
- Our booking system is hosted on Railway and set up and maintained by Tampa Bay Automation Co.
We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.
Children
Many of our students are minors. We ask a parent or guardian to make the booking, and we send every email to the address they provide.
Removing your information
Email hello@baysidetutoring.example and we'll delete your details and booking history, except anything we have to keep for payment records. Copies already in our backups stay there until those backups age out and are deleted.

About Wren, the software behind this page
Last updated October 28, 2026
This booking page runs on Wren, booking software made by Tampa Bay Automation Co, a Florida company ("we"). This part explains what we do with the information a studio keeps in Wren. It applies to every studio on Wren, and to studio owners who sign up for it.
Who decides
The studio decides what it collects and why: it is responsible for your information (the "controller"). We handle that information only on the studio's behalf and on its instructions (the "processor"). For a request about your details, start with the studio; we'll help it carry the request out.
What we do with it
- Store it and run the booking page, emails and owner dashboard the studio set up.
- Look at it only to keep Wren running, to fix a problem the studio asks us about, or when the law requires it.
- Never sell it, use it for advertising, or mix one studio's information with another's.
For studio owners, we also keep your name, email and studio name to run your account, and Stripe keeps your billing details for your Wren subscription.
Where it's kept
In the United States, on Railway. Each studio runs as its own service with its own storage volume, holding one database file and its daily snapshots. Sign-in to the owner dashboard is by an emailed link, and pages are served over HTTPS.
Who else touches it
- Stripe handles payments. Deposits and payments go to the studio's own Stripe account, connected through Stripe Connect; Wren takes no cut and never sees a card number. Stripe also bills studio owners for Wren.
- Resend delivers the emails.
- Railway hosts each studio's service and storage volume.
- Anthropic helps draft email and page wording. It receives only what Wren's code chooses to send, such as a first name, the service, and a usual day and time. Booking notes are never sent. Every draft waits for the owner's approval, and Wren's code, not the AI, decides who is offered what and at what price.
- An off-site backup store, where enabled, holds a private copy of the daily snapshots so a studio can be restored if its volume is lost.
- An error-reporting service, where enabled, receives technical details of a failure (which page, what went wrong), never a client's name, email or messages.
How long it's kept
- For as long as the studio uses Wren, on the studio's own volume.
- Daily snapshots are kept for 30 days, then deleted (off-site copies, where enabled, on the same schedule).
- When a studio asks us to remove one client's details, we do (copies already in snapshots age out within 30 days). A studio can also export everything, or ask us to delete it. When a studio is deleted, its service, volume and snapshots are deleted with it.
Contact
Clients of a studio: contact the studio first, using the details above. Studio owners: reply to any email Wren has sent you, or reach Tampa Bay Automation Co through tampabayautomation.com. Wren's terms of service cover the rest of the agreement with studio owners.
